Bangkok Photos - a Taste.

Not sure what these images represent - but there were a lot. Or many golden buddhas. I think these are at Wat Pho.

Part of the Wat Phra Kaew "compound" - on the grounds of the Grand Palace. Many of the photos
that follow are form the same place and like most photographs of grand places,
are not able to truly capture their magnificence.

Grand Palace. few of these building allow photos inside - so no photos of the
mother-of-pearl inlaid throne seat, or the Emerald Buddha (in a separate temple).

Wat Phro - the Reclining Buddha. Huge - really.

Victory Monument and bus pickup

Chinese Gates - entrance to Chinatown

Wat Arun - nicely lit up as we take the ferry back across the river

The King - one of MANY inages.

View into downtown Bangkok from Wat Arun. The next 4 photos all from the same temple.
